A Pink’s Yookyung leaves the group

A Pink member Yookyung has decided to leave the group to pursue her studies.


A Cube Entertainment announced the departure through a press release on April 23. The release stated, “Yookyung, who debuted on April 19th of 2011 will no longer be with us as an A Pink member.”



The release continued, “After considering whether to continue her career or continue on her studies, Yookyung has decided to concentrate on her studies. She will be entering university this year and she will no longer be A Pink’s Yookyung. Please show your support for her as the normal college student Yookyung.” 



Yookyung debuted as A Pink member in 2011. As of now, it is not clear whether A Pink will recruit new member or continue to promote with only six members.
